TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AVAILING SCHOOL BUS.

The institution has decent and comfortable buses plying on almost every direction of the town including attached rural areas if roads so permit.
All the parents and gardians desirous of availing bus services for their wards will have to fill up a seperate from available from the school office with full and complete address clearify mentioning the stoppage preferred.
The buses will operate on the main roads and not in the lanes and narrow roads.
Bus stoppage will be fixed after the operation of the bus.
the bus will collect students from the fixed stoppages and will drop them at the same place after school hours.
Parents and guardians of the small children should kindly bring their wards at the bus stop and should be present at the stop to collect them in the evening. After the operation of the bus the time table for arrival and departure will be known to them.
In the case the parents/guardians or any authorised person are not present at the fixed bus stop, the bus incharge will drop their children at the stoppage fixed for them and the school will not be responsible in any way.
If the bus charges are not paid in time as mentioned in the declaration form, no reminder will be issued from the office and the bus service will be terminatedwithout giving any information;
Bus charges will be realised in full for eleven month in a year and half charges for the month of June will also be realised for maintenance of buses;
Though all possible care and utmost precaution will be taken for the safety of the students while on journey but the school authorities will not be responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond control;
Bus services will operate on only working day but in the case of strike or demonstration in the town our bus will remain suspended for the safety of the students;
Any addition or alteration regarding terms and condition as mentioned above may take place in future in accordance with the change in circumstances.
