School fee including bus charges,If any,must be paid in full by 5th of the month on which the bill is presented and if bill is not paid by the 10th of month ,a default charge@Rs 20/- per month will be charged till the last date of the month and in the case the bill is not paid by them,the amnagement most reluctantly will be compelled to strike-off the name of such defaulting students from the school roll from the following day and the bus services,if any,will automatically be terminated without giving any further information.In case of re-admission, a sum of Rs 100/- will be realised over and above the previous dues.the time limit for re-admission will be only for a week.
If in mean time, the arrears, if any, have already been paid as mentioned in the bill, please ignore it.
Though the bills are sent in time through the students, any complaint for having not received the bill will not be entertained in case of default as it is meant only for information.
Bill must be produced at the time of payment of fees.
Part payment fo fees will not be accepted
School fees of Days scholars will be accepted within the hours as mentioned, herein below: During morning school : From 6:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. During Day school : From 9:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
Fees will be accepted in cash or through a/c payee crossed cheques only. No outstation cheques will be accepted.
If the fee, along with late fee etc., is not paid even after the expiry of the date, the management most reluctantly will not allow the concerning students to attend class.
